PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 30, 2012 –
Nashville, TN (July 30, 2012) – Kyle Turley, has made a smooth transition into his new career with the Kyle Turley Band as his extensive tour calendar proves.
Turley’s first stop is at famed motorcycle rally Sturgis, where his band is scheduled for a week of performances starting August 5th at various venues including the Infamous Full Throttle Saloon, Broken Spoke & Easy Rider. The band then heads for Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska and Missouri before returning to Turley’s current home base in Nashville, Tennessee.
Always the champion for his fellow NFL veterans and other causes close to his heart, Turley is representing several charities on the tour, including Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, The Kevin Turner Foundation, Sports Legacy Institute, Homes For Our Troops, Team Gleason and The Wounded Warriors Project. Turley even finds time to perform for the Police Assistance League in Salt Lake City, Utah, in honor of his father, a former police officer and trucker, turned Kyle Turley Band tour bus driver.
“The benefit of a long career in the NFL-and now as a touring musician- is the ability to bring attention to causes that I’m most passionate about,” says Turley. “I never have and never will keep quiet about issues that need a voice. Some things are just too important.”
This tour runs August 5th through Sept. 15th. Contact for Kyle Turley and the various charities can be made through www.kyleturley.com or www.facebook.com/KyleTurleyBand
